2. Subject matter of the contract

The subject matter comprises coaching and consulting services provided online (in particular via Zoom) and, if applicable, in person.

3. Type of services

The services are provided in the form of individual sessions or packages.
A specific outcome is not owed.

4. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded through individual agreement and confirmation (by e-mail or booking).

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Euro (€).
• The VAT treatment depends on the status of the customer (B2B/B2C).
• Payment is generally due before the service begins.

6. Appointment cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the appointment.
• Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
This expires if the customer expressly agrees that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period.

8. Liability

The responsibility for decisions and implementations lies with the customer.
The services do not replace medical, therapeutic, or legal advice. The scope of services does not include any psychotherapeutic services; the events cannot and do not want to replace such services. Participation requires normal physical and mental resilience. Customers who are in therapeutic treatment should discuss their participation with their therapist.

All content and documents are protected by copyright and may not be passed on without consent.

10. Data protection

The website’s privacy policy applies.

11. Applicable law

Spanish law applies.
The legal jurisdiction for consumers is the statutory one.
For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is agreed to be in Spain.
